I moved in over a year ago and I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier to call a place my home. 49 Hundred is an amazing apartment community. The buildings are immaculate and the residents are treated wonderfully. From the gorgeous and convenient amenities to the amazing staff, residents are treated like family. Any request is taken care of immediately. The location is great with easy access to a variety of places . I absolutely love living here and hope to call 49 Hundred my home for years to come! Hands down the best apartment community anywhere! read less

Management and the residents make this feel like a friendly neighborhood…without the mowing and snow-shoveling! Sean and Ed recently took care of a few repairs in our apartment. They responded immediately, repaired the issues on the spot and left our apartment clean and were so very easy and nice to work with. 49 Hundred is an amazing place to live! We’re going into our 4th year and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The amenities are top-notch, apartments are beautiful, and the staff is incredible! They’ve managed to build in so many convenient features that save you time and effort. The location can’t be beat – close to major highways, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and can even watch concerts in the Square from the 4th floor outdoor space. The saltwater pool, rubbish pickup at the apartment, and extended exercise room are nice touches. The community/activity rooms are nicely decorated and we have used them for family events. This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in where the maintenance team will do courtesy installations for the residents. I’ve had the maintenance guys come and hang curtains in both bedrooms and install 3 ceiling fans, one in each room. They do a great job and with a smile on their face – love that they provide this service! Shaun and Jono on the maintenance team are just the nicest guys and so helpful! read less
